About AMIT Organization
AMIT ORG INC is an organization and fund devoted to nurturing a new generation of Torah scholars: students and young scholars who combine rigorous, wide-ranging learning with genuine personal growth and a living connection to the world around them. AMIT operates the Nesivos Chaim Beis Midrash and a family of study programs, spanning the full breadth of Torah, from the depths of the Talmud and its commentaries to Halacha, Jewish thought, and the inner dimensions of the Torah, as taught by the Ramchal, the Vilna Gaon and his disciples, and the masters of Chassidut.

Who We Are
Every AMIT program rests on three foundations:
Education.
We cultivate the student as a whole person, guiding him toward a mature, thoughtful, and responsible path within the world of Torah.
Excellence. We demand and inspire diligence and creativity at the highest level. Our students do not merely absorb; they engage, question, and create.
Character. Learning at AMIT shapes a person's character in the right way, drawing on a deep and expansive world of study while remaining connected to reality and to life.
Nesivos Chaim Beis Midrash
The beis midrash operating under AMIT is "Nesivos Chaim", known simply as "Nesivos." It is named in memory of Maran HaGaon Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky zt"l and Rabbi Chaim Walkin zt"l, whose paths of Torah, diligence, and devotion continue to guide everything we do.
Nesivos Chaim is home to AMIT's core programs:
The Beis Midrash Program (ages 19–23)
A beit midrash for young men at the formative stage of their Torah life. Students build a strong foundation of knowledge and analytical skill in an atmosphere of intensity, warmth, and personal attention, while developing the habits of diligence and independent thought that will accompany them throughout life.
The Young Scholars' Program
A program for young married Torah scholars dedicated to the study of the wide expanse of Torah, structured deliberately toward three goals: comprehensive knowledge, real depth, and a living, personal connection to the material. Participants emerge as scholars of broad mastery and clear vision, prepared to teach, to lead, and to decide.
"Zichron BaSefer - LeChoshvei Shemo" -The Jewish Thought and Inner Torah Curriculum
Alongside its core programs, Nesivos Chaim offers a broad course of study in the depths of Jewish thought and the inner dimensions of the Torah (Pnimiyut HaTorah), open to all frameworks of the beit midrash as well as to learners from outside who wish to join.
The curriculum draws on the writings of the Ramchal, HaGra and his disciples, and the great gedolim of Chassidus, guiding participants through these teachings with the same rigor, structure, and living connection that characterize all of AMIT's learning.
"Intersecting Paths" — Torah and Science in Dialogue
A rare collaboration between leading professors in science and technology and rabbis, dayanim, and roshei yeshiva. Together they confront the moral and ethical challenges posed by groundbreaking technology that is developing at an unprecedented pace, challenges that demand deeper and more realistic thinking than ever before about boundaries, responsibility, and the right way forward. Based in academia, the program brings Torah wisdom and scientific expertise into a serious, structured conversation.
Leadership
AMIT is led by Rabbi Daniel N. Cohen, Rosh Yeshiva and head of the Nesivos Chaim Beit Midrash, who also directs the "Intersecting Paths" academic program. Under his leadership, the organization's administration is overseen by its executive board, whose management is headed by Mr. Raphael Septimus and Rabbi Yitzchak Prager.
